An online store for the Gulf

GCC Mall sells everyday consumer products online (personal care, home and lifestyle items). The store is operated by HD TRAVAUX SARL. Orders are delivered by licensed local delivery companies.

We deliver in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait through local delivery partners.

You pay the courier when you receive your order. We never request card or bank details.

How an order works

Four simple steps

  1. OrderYou choose a product and leave your name, phone number and address on our website.
  2. ConfirmationWe confirm the order and the address with you, by phone or WhatsApp.
  3. DeliveryA local delivery company brings the order to your door, usually within 1 to 3 days.
  4. PaymentYou pay cash to the courier on delivery. You can refuse the parcel if it is not what you ordered.

Our products are consumer goods. They are not medicines and do not replace medical advice.

How we use WhatsApp

Messages only about your order

We use one WhatsApp Business number for customer service about orders customers have placed with us.

  • We write only to customers who placed an order, about that order: confirmation, delivery address, delivery day, delivery status.
  • Customers can ask questions and get answers about their order.
  • Reply STOP (or «توقف») at any time and we stop messaging you.
  • We never ask for passwords, card numbers or bank details on WhatsApp.
  • We follow the WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta Commerce Policies.
