Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 November 2026. This policy explains how GCC Mall, operated by HD TRAVAUX SARL ("we"), handles the personal data of customers who order from our online store in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
What we collect
- The details you give when you order: name, phone number(s), delivery address, the product and quantity.
- Messages you exchange with us on WhatsApp about your order.
- Delivery status information from our delivery partners (for example: delivered, returned, rescheduled).
We do not collect card or bank details. Payment is made in cash on delivery.
Why we use it
- To confirm your order and your address, and to arrange delivery.
- To send you updates about your order and answer your questions on WhatsApp.
- To prevent fraudulent or duplicate orders.
We message only customers who placed an order, only about that order. Reply STOP (or «توقف») at any time and we stop messaging you. We use the WhatsApp Business Platform in line with the WhatsApp Business Policy.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers needed to deliver your order: the local delivery company in your country, and our technical providers (hosting, the WhatsApp Business Platform). We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep order data for as long as needed to deliver, handle returns and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
Security
Customer data is stored encrypted on our servers and is only accessible to our team for order handling.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop messaging you, by writing to us on WhatsApp (+966 56 767 1693) or by e-mail (contact@gcc-mall.shop).
