Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 November 2026. These terms apply to orders placed with GCC Mall, an online store operated by HD TRAVAUX SARL.

Orders

When you order on our website, you agree to be contacted by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order and your delivery address. An order is final once confirmed.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each product page in the local currency of the delivery country. Payment is cash on delivery to the courier. We never ask for card details.

Delivery

We deliver in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait through local delivery companies, usually within 1 to 3 working days after confirmation. Delivery times may vary by area.

Refusing a parcel and returns

You may check the parcel and refuse it on delivery if it is not what you ordered. If a product arrives damaged or is not the product ordered, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or arrange a solution.

Products

Our products are everyday consumer goods. They are not medicines and do not replace medical advice. Read the instructions before use.

We send WhatsApp messages only about your order. Reply STOP at any time to stop them.
